Here’s Hoop Dogg on this vintage bandana I was gifted years ago. It was amazing to realise why I’ve been lugging the bandana from house to home for almost a decade. It was all so it could become one of my favourite portraits to date.
I love sharing my reference doodles, that show how I start my colour process.
The original was displayed in a stained wooden hoop after it was captured with a super scan.
